I am loving all the subway art around the blogging world!
I just couldn't resist making my own. I thought it would be fun to have one in my classroom, so this is what I created.
I have had this cork board in my class for awhile with nothing on it, so I thought it would be perfect for subway art! First I spray painted the whole board.
Next I went to my mom's and designed my words on her vinyl machine. I was going to do them in different fonts and colors, but I settled for all white and all the same font. It was easier when I was figuring out the dimensions to do it all the same color.
Then the final step was to put the vinyl on the board. This was the hardest part, because the vinyl didn't want to stick to the cork part of the board. After some patience it finally came together.
There is one word I forgot, can you figure out what it was?
SCHOOL
How did I forget the main word that it was suppose to be centered around?
Oh well it still turned out adorable and I love it.
I am planning on making several more to go in my house.
I am linking this to all the parties on my side bar!
This brings me to my next topic!
BLOGMANIA!!!!!
I am a little late getting started on this, but my theme is vinyl around the house.
It is called...
"If Walls Could Talk?"
So this is where you come into play! I am searching for sponsors for my prize package.
If you or anyone you know would like to donate to the prize package, then you will be added to my prize and your company or blog will be given huge publicity! This is going to be a huge event! If you don't know about it click on the button to read about it!
If you would love this opportunity then you would need to contribute anything vinyl that could go in someones house. You can contact me at nightowlcrafting@hotmail.com!
I am so excited for this event and you should be too!
Mark your calendars to join in on the party and hopefully win some amazing prizes!
