1. What do you look forward the most about springtime?

Here are my answers!

1. What do you look forward the most about springtime?
I love the flowers that start to bloom, the grass starting to get greener,
and the days getting longer daylight! 
2. Do you have anyone in your immediate family that you
celebrate their birthday in the spring?
I have several! My daughter who is turning 3 this Friday, my son in April along with my mom,
and several cousins, aunts, uncles, and nephews!
3. What is the weather like where you live in the springtime?
Are weather is always crazy it goes from being warm to snowing sometimes in the same day.
We tend to get lots of rain in April and then in May we get snow again. It kinda stinks! 
4. Do you do spring cleaning?
I try to, but it seems like anytime I get a chance to clean it feels
like it hasn't been done in awhile and it needs a good deep cleaning.
I am always spring cleaning and you can never tell. 
5. What activities do you do in the spring?We watch a lot of little league baseball, spring break, and
try to do more activities outside, weather permitting!

1. What are a couple of your favorite green foods?
I love broccoli, mint chocolate chip ice cream, avocados,cabbage, and salad!

2. Do you decorate for St. Patrick's Day?
Of course, even if Easter lands really close!

3. Do you have Irish in you?
I sure do! My mother's maiden name is Sullivan!

4. Do you celebrate St. Patrick's Day?
I wear green and dress my kids in green, but other than that we don't have any traditions.

1.  Do you fold your laundry right after it comes out of the dryer or do you wait?

2. What kind of laundry detergent do you use?

3. Do you use fabric softener?

4. Do you have a front loading washer and dyer or a top loading?

5. On a scale to 1-10 (1 being the least and 10 being the highest) how well do you like

doing laundry?

Here are my answers! 

1.  Do you fold your laundry right after it comes out of the dryer or do you wait?

No, I am horrible at this!I usually have a huge pile to fold after several loads of

laundry.

2. What kind of laundry detergent do you use?

I use Gain the pink one!

3. Do you use fabric softener?

Yes, I know that Downy is so bad on your washing machine,

but I just love the smell of it.

4. Do you have a front loading washer and dyer or a top loading?

Thanks to my hubby, I got a set of front loaders 2 years ago for Mother's Day!

5. On a scale to 1-10 (1 being the least and 10 being the highest) how well do you like

doing laundry?

I definitely would have to say 2. I don't mind washing it or putting it in the dryer, but the folding and

putting away part I can't stand! I would rather clean toilets then fold and put laundry away!

Here are my answers! 

1. Are you married/in a relationship/single? For how long?

I am married for the second time! I got pregnant when I was 19 and thought the right thing to do was marry the guy. WOW was I wrong! I am now married to my best friend, who I met online! That's right I did the whole online dating thing, because I live in a small town and I wanted to find someone with the same beliefs as me. We have been married almost 4 years and we have a total of 3 munchkins!

2. What are your plans for Valentine's Day?

I have never spent an actual Valentine's Day with my husband and it isn't going to happen this year either due

to his work schedule! We are going to a couples dinner at our church on Feb. 9 to celebrate, so I am excited about that!

3. Do you have any Valentine's traditions?

I love to give my kids something for Valentine's Day! This year I am going to make

them Valentine pillowcases!

4. What is your favorite Valentine's candy?

I love those gummy hearts, I am not sure what they are called!

I don't really like chocolate!

5. Name 3 things that you LOVE!

Here are my answers! 

1. Is all your Christmas shopping done?

Oh heck NO!!! I have every intention to shop early and it never seems to 

work out!

2. Do you decorate for Christmas and if so when?

I try to decorate the weekend after Thanksgiving, but when 

we go out of town it is hard.

3. Do you bake during the Holiday season?

Not too much, I wish I had more time to.

4. What are your favorite smells of this time of year?

I love the smell of Christmas tress, peppermint, gingerbread, and I love Scentsy's 

Christmas scents!

5. What are your favorite things to do during the Holiday Season?

I love to do cookie exchanges, decorate, give out Christmas cards,

go shopping, wrap presents, sleep under the tree with my kiddos, really anything that

comes along with the Holiday season.

Here are this week's questions! 

These are a repeat from week #14

1. Do you type on a keyboard the correct way or do you peck like a cute little chick?

2. Typically how long does it take you to get ready in the morning?

3. Do you prefer lip gloss or lipstick?

4. Do you take clothes to the dry cleaner or wash them yourself even if they say dry clean only?

5. Do you prefer Wal Mart or Target.

Here are my answers! 

1. Do you type on a keyboard the correct way or do you peck like a cute little chick?

I type the correct way, but I tend to look at the keys a lot!

2. Typically how long does it take you to get ready in the morning?

If it is just me that I have to get ready, I can get ready in 40 minutes including a shower! If I have to get my kids ready too, then that is a different story.

3. Do you prefer lip gloss or lipstick?

I definitely am a LIP GLOSS girl. I never can seem to find the right color of lipstick and I make a mess with it on my teeth, not on my lips, or on my kid's faces. I just stick to the good old chap stick or lip gloss!

4. Do you take clothes to the dry cleaner or wash them yourself even if they say dry clean only?

First of all I try not to purchase anything that needs to be dry cleaned, but if I do I just wash it on delicate myself. If I had to take something to the dry cleaner it would be months to get it there and months to remember to pick it up.

5. Do you prefer Wal Mart or Target?

I LOVE Target, but the closest one to me is 220 miles away. I know sad but true.

Here are my answers! 

1. Do you sleep with the window open or the fan on no matter

what the weather is like?
I would like to sleep with the fan on, but my husband gets all stuffy, so no.

2. What is your favorite comfort food?
Ice Cream for sure!!!!

3. Do you ever go to a chiropractor? 
Yes!!! I feel so much better when I go.
I even take my baby ever since he was a month old.
His head always seems to tilt to the right and since I stared taking 
him it is 200% better.

4.What is your most memorable Halloween costume growing up?

My mom always put together homemade costumes since we didn't

have a lot of money, so I have several favorite costumes that include a

clown and a nurse

5.Do you prefer the sunrise or the sunset?

Definitely the sunset! I am not a morning person.

I feel like my poor little blog has been so neglected lately.

I try to make sure I have the link parties up each week 

and even that is becoming a hassle.

Hopefully my life will slow down a little so I can put more time into this blog

Here are my answers! 

1. Do you sleep with the tv or music on?

 Before I married my husband NO, but now he likes it on to fall asleep.

I tend to wake up in the middle of the night to turn it off.

2. What is your favorite technology device that you own?

 I love all technology, but my favorite would have to be my ipad.

3. Do you shop the ads for groceries?

 No, but I need to start doing it!

4. What are you favorite pair of shoes?

For the summertime I had these fun flip flops with super cute flowers sewn on the strap  and

for winter I love my Ugg boots.

5. Have you done any fun fall activities yet?

We went to a fun corn maize this past weekend where the kids got to feed goats,

take a ride on the train behind the four wheeler, play in a shed full of dried corn, getting lost several time in the maize, and my favorite part was shutting pumpkins out of these air guns that were hooked to air compressors.

Where did the summer go?

Here are my answers! 

1.  What is your Zodiac sign?

My Zodiac sign is Sagittarius! I am the Archer! I stand pretty strong to the definition given on the link I attached.

 

2. Name 3 things that are always in your purse besides your wallet.

 Well when I actually use the purse instead of the diaper bag, I have lip gloss or chap stick, tampons, and receipts.
 

3. Which magazines do you look at the most?

I love PEOPLE magazine! It is my favorite. I also like to look at church magazines, clothing magazines, and craft magazines.
 

4. Do you pluck or get your eyebrows waxed? 

I am not a plucker! I get my eyebrows waxed. I know this sounds weird but I love it. I want the pain all at once.

5. How often do you go grocery shopping?

This is a terrible question for me. I don't have a set plan. I go to the grocery store whenever. I have a weird thing about eating fresh meat, so sometimes I can go to the store almost every night. I know I am a weirdo!

I am not that big of a fan, but my husband is. He likes the Bills and my family like the Cowboys,

I know what can I say.

3. What is your favorite fall scent?

I love anything pumpkin or cinnamon

4. So you have seasonal allergies?

Yes, and they are really bad right now

5. Have you started Christmas shopping yet?

Just a little bit, I usually never start until after Thanksgiving, but this year I want to get

a head start.

Welcome to another week of...

I just started teaching again this week, so I wanted to take previous questions
do to me being so busy getting my classroom ready.


Here are this week's questions!

1. What are some of your pet peeves?

2. Do you have a favorite or lucky number?

3. What is one of your family traditions?

4. Is there anything you are OC about?

5. What is your favorite kind of food?

Here are my answers! 

 1. What are some of your pet peeves?

I can't stand the toilet seat left up, I hate when telemarketers call, dead leaves hanging off of a plant, when necklaces are flipped around, and when people don't clean out the lint from the dryer after each load! I am sure I have several more, but that is enough for now!

 

2. Do you have a favorite or lucky number?

My favorite number is lucky number 7! I always had this number is sports, or when I have to pick a number that is what I pick! 

 

3. What is one of your family traditions?

Every year we take a trip to Lagoon (a theme park in Utah)! We also open up our Christmas pajamas on Christmas Eve! We also pick a family to buy Christmas for or to do the twelve days of Christmas for them!

 

4. Is there anything you are OC about?

I have brown and green square plates that have to be stacked in my cupboard every other color!

I have to have all my blinds shut in the house at night, otherwise I get freaked out. The toilet paper has to roll over the top and not under! Everyone's close in their closets have to be hanging according to colors, short sleeve, long sleeve. dresees, jackets, and skirts!

 

5. What is your favorite kind of food?

I love Italian! Anything that is pasta is my favorite, along with yummy breads!

I love all colors but if I have to pick one, purple!

both, if it is simple math then in my head if it is a lot of calculations then the 

calculator.

1. If you could choose one of your personality traits to pass on to your children, what would it be?

 Compassion! I am a compassionate person and I love to serve others!

2. What's your favorite candy bar?

I am a sucker for a good old SNICKERS! I love the carmel, nuts, and chocolate all put together perfectly so that I can taste it all in every single bite! YUM!

3. If you could vacation anywhere in the world, where would it be?

I want to go to Australia! I love warm weather and I think this would be perfect to hang out on the beach and listen to every one's cute accents while the sun rays beam down on me!

4. What 3 adjectives would you use to describe yourself?

sociable, out-going, and trustworthy

5. In one word, how would your best friend describe you?

SHIMMERIFIC!
